I took my first steps at the International Montessori School of Albania (IMSA) in February 2020, just after landing in Albania. I am from France and I’ve been working with children for almost 10 years. After studying speech therapy, I decided to specialize in the world of early childhood and worked in schools, nurseries and families in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. I particularly like this period because it is a turning point for children when they need an adult to support them. Today, I feel grateful and proud to have the opportunity to work with your children and participate in their psycho-emotional and motor development. My assistants and I work together to provide them with a healthy environment in which they will be recognized as unique beings, where they can develop at their own pace, learn, and express their emotions with respect for each other.

Mary AziziLead TeacherMy name is Mary Cris Azizi and I come from Philippines. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and Secondary Education. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Management.
I came to Albania in 2018 and have been working as a Teacher in various international kindergartens and schools in Tirana. I love teaching young children and when I came across Montessori philosophy and approach on education, I found it very interesting, because it is based on the child's ability to learn on his/her own pace. So, I decided to focus all my training to becoming a Montessori teacher. I started working for International Montessori School of Albania in 2020 and I am growing my abilities every year through continues training and everyday learning form the children.
As a Montessori Lead teacher my task is to guide the child to make his/her own choices and for them to develop the independence, which will in turn, help the growth of the child.
