Irena KuraLead Teacher - ElephantsI am a Montessori enthusiast since the beginning of my career. I fell in love with the Montessori philosophy as a young teacher trainee graduating in English language from the University of Tirana. As the school was growing, I was given the opportunity to complete my accredited Montessori certification by MCI London and after the graduation I was promoted as a Lead Teacher. Since then, I am leading the Casa classes as well as training new teacher assistants who join our school community. During these years at Montessori Albania, I have seen many children grow, overcoming challenges and becoming independent which makes me happy and reminds me the reason why I chose to pursue this career.

Mashtoto MgibaLead TeacherMy name is Mashoto Mgiba. I am originally from South Africa and have been living in Albania since 2022. I love traveling, adventure, scrapbooking and spending time with my family.
I have been working in a Montessori environment since 2007 and I have gained so much knowledge from every environment I have been in. Throughout all the years on my journey, I have had the privilege of working in the 3-6, 6-9 and 9-12 environments and I have loved every moment of it.
As a mother of 3 children, I understand the importance of a positive and present adult in a child's life. I understand the fundamentals of assisting a child in becoming independent, to be a well rounded person with good manners and values, and a critical thinker who understands what our cosmic task is.
I look forward to working with your children and watching them grow physically, emotionally, intellectually and socially. I look forward to helping laydown a solid foundation to the future leaders of the world.
