Meet the Team

Mirlinda is Albanian and studied International Law, obtaining her BA and MA degrees from LSE London, UK. Before founding IMSA in 2007 and WAT in 2010, Linda held different positions in international organizations and worked as a Government advisor. She has completed relevant IB trainings and the School Management Course at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Fjorda is from Albania. She joined IMSA in 2015 and has a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Teaching. Fjorda’s expertise in Early Years Education is complemented by a Montessori Certificate and further learning at the renowned Montitute Institute.

Gladiola is Albanian and studied Hospitality Management in Austria and Business Administration in Tirana. She also holds a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning and has completed many IB workshops, as well as Child Safety Workshops. Gladiola joined WAT in 2011 and is a senior member of our team.

Genta is from Albania. She joined WAT in 2013. Genta has a Bachelor's degree in German language and another Bachelor in Early Years Education. She enjoys welcoming new families to the school and supporting them through the Admissions Process.

Anisa is from Albania and joined IMSA in 2012. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education and studied Maths at the University of Tirana. Anisa is a certified Montessori teacher.

Irena is from Albania. She is one of our senior teachers who joined IMSA in 2009. Irena graduated with a degree in English Language from the University of Tirana and has an MA in Teaching. She has also completed the prestigious accredited Montessori certification by MCI London and is also a teacher trainer for the junior Montessori Teachers.

Mashoto is from South Africa and joined IMSA in 2022. Mashoto is a certified Montessori teacher and has extensive experience in working with the 3 - 6 year old age group.

Mary is from the Philippines and joined IMSA in 2022. She has a degree in Early Childhood Education and Secondary Education, as well as a Master's Degree in Educational Management. Mary has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Agnesa is from Kosovo. She graduated from The University of Art with a degree in General Pedagogy of Music in Pristina, Kosovo and joined IMSA in 2017. Agnesa has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Arjola is from Albania. She joined IMSA in 2022. Arjola has graduated with a degree in General Psychology at the University of Social Sciences, Tirana. She has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Frediana is from Albania and joined IMSA in 2019. Frediana graduated from the Justice Faculty of Aleksander Moisiu, in Durrës, Albania. She has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Xhesika is from Albania and joined IMSA in 2023. Xhesika graduated with a degree in General Psychology and profiled in Legal Psychology at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Tirana. She has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Elda is from Albania and joined IMSA in 2023. She has a Bachelor's degree in Early Years Education and has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Blerina is from Albania. She studied Hispanic literature in Spain and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education and joined IMSA in 2022. Blerina has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Emina is from Albania. She graduated with a degree in Early Years Education from Aleksander Xhuvani University, Tirana and joined IMSA in 2022. She has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Aishe is from Albania and joined IMSA in 2017. She has a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Elementary Education and subsequently obtained a Professional Master's in Education Administration from Aleksander Xhuvani University, Albania. Aishe has also completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Genta is from Albania and joined IMSA in 2015. She is a Law graduate. Genta has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Brikena is from Albania. She joined IMSA in 2022 and has extensive pedagogical experience in the Early Years education. Brikena has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Matea is from Albania. She graduated as a preschool teacher from Aleksander Xhuvani University, Albania and joined IMSA in 2017. Matea has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Nertila is from Albania. Nertila graduated with a degree in Language and Literature from Luigj Gurakuqi Faculty Shkoder, Albania in 2009 and joined IMSA in 2022. She has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.

Eloisa is from the Philippines. She joined IMSA in 2022 and holds a BSc degree in Nursing. Eloisa has completed Montessori workshops as well as child development workshops.
