What will I learn?
One of the cornerstones of the Montessori philosophy is the concept of "The Prepared Environment." This workshop will delve into what a prepared environment entails, how it fosters independence, concentration, and self-discipline in children, and most importantly, how you can apply these principles within your own home.

Join us to learn how creating a thoughtfully organized and child-friendly space can:

· Encourage your child's natural curiosity and exploration.

· Support their developing autonomy and problem-solving skills.

· Reduce power struggles and create a more harmonious home life.

This session will provide practical tips, actionable strategies, and an opportunity for discussion with experienced Montessori educators. Whether you are new to Montessori or seeking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers valuable insights into nurturing your child's potential through their surroundings.

The International Montessori School of Albania is pleased to invite all parents—both from our school community and the wider public—to our practical workshop!

Who is invited?
All parents are invited, whether you're part of our current IMSA community or not.

What will I learn?
In this workshop, we will move beyond theory and focus on the hands-on application of Montessori principles. Building on the concept of "The Prepared Environment" (discussed in the first session), this workshop will guide you through the exciting process of creating engaging, educational activities—often called "works"—using simple, everyday materials found at home.

In this practical session, you will learn how to:

· Identify opportunities for practical life and sensorial activities within your daily routines.

· Design and assemble easy, low-cost Montessori-inspired works that meet your child's specific developmental needs.

· Properly present these activities to maximize engagement, concentration, and learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for parents to gain confidence in supporting their child's intellectual and physical development outside of the classroom. Join our experienced educators in the authentic setting of a Montessori Classroom for an evening dedicated to empowering your parenting skills!
